I'm Cassindy Chao - former Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Securities investment banker, married mother of three, and a 3rd generation Chinese matchmaker with 35 years of experience. I started matchmaking in college at Wellesley, long before it became my business.
I understand what it means to be a high-achieving professional navigating love with cultural expectations, a demanding career, and a real desire for something lasting. I've lived it. I've helped hundreds of others through it.

I spent years at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan learning how to read people, manage discretion, and make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information. It turns out that's exactly the job of a matchmaker — the one my grandmother and mother did in a different language, a different era.
I'm the author of Ancient Wisdom, Modern Love: Chinese Wisdom for Dating Success, and I built AWM Love to bring that three-generation lineage of 紅娘 matchmaking to the professionals who need it most today: people who are exceptional at everything except making time for their own love life. I don't run an algorithm. I get to know you — and then I go find the person your parents, and your own instincts, would approve of.
